1. Returns
- Eligibility: We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale or clearance items, or items that are personalized or custom-made, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for more information.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at Support@aelfricedenclothings.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it back to us.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Support@aelfricedenclothings.com, and we will assist you with a return or exchange. We may require a photo of the damaged item.
6. Late Returns
Returns outside the 30-day window are not accepted, unless the item is faulty.
